Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora)
This plant soothes inflammation, redness, sores, insect bites, itching, irritation, rashes, acne, sprains, and muscular aches and pains. With anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, Camphor Oil is also known to help protect against contagious viruses.

Northern White Cedar (Thuja occidentalis)
Rich, sweet and woodsy, Northern White Cedar promotes relaxation, grounds the emotions and is balancing for oily skin. Used to relieve symptoms related to bronchitis, coughs, catarrh, acne and other minor skin conditions.

Balsam Fir (Abies balsamea)
Balsam fir is a fragrant evergreen in the Pinaceae family. With an uplifting yet soothing effect, Balsam Fir is an excellent for calming muscles and joints after a long day or intense workout. When diffused or applied topically to the chest, it can help support a healthy respiratory system.

Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens)
Wintergreen leaf is used for painful conditions including headache, nerve pain (particularly sciatica), arthritis, ovarian pain, and menstrual cramps. The active ingredient in wintergreen oil, methyl salicylate, and has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Suggested Usage

Add 4 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
