Currently, all of our international orders are shipped from our distribution center in Canada. Once your package is transferred to the carrier it is your responsibility. Doc of Detox is not responsible for packages that are abandoned as a result of not gaining entry into your country. Any losses will be assumed by you, the customer.
When packages are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of you, the customer.
You are responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of your country of destination. Doc of Detox does not have responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Doc of Detox is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
