Why can I only pay in USD?

While the option to switch currencies is available on our store your final charge will be in U.S. Dollars. Our store is powered by Shopify and can only operate using a single currency, while we are based out of Canada the majority of our business (purchasing & selling) takes place in the United States. If you prefer to pay in Canadian dollars please call 1-855-900-4544 and we will accommodate your request based on real-time exchange rates.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply if your order is under the required amount for free shipping and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within North America will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Canada Post for all shipments, please contact the office if you'd like to process your order using a different carrier.

Can I return my product?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
