How to Take:

Use 5 to 6 drops (0.25ml) in a teaspoon of water, then swish in your mouth. You can either spit it out or swallow it.

Ideally, brush with the Healthy Mouth Tooth Spray first.

If you are trying to reverse an existing condition in your mouth, double the amount to 10 to 12 drops (0.5ml) in 1 to 2 teaspoons of water, then swish in your mouth. Repeat morning and evening.
